Blair for President (of the USA, that is)

I am extremely grateful to the Guardian's Diary column for having drawn my attention to the (spoof?) Blair for President site. It looks as though there would be at least one technical difficulty but the project has an ingenious solution:
The citizenship problem

In the world of political parody and symbolism, citizenship is not an issue. To the cynics and cranks who brandish their dog-eared copies of the Constitution, we offer a collective raspberry (A derisive or contemptuous sound made by vibrating the extended tongue and the lips while exhaling - The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language, Fourth Edition)
Phew - I though that would be a really serious obstacle; it snookered the un-indicted war criminal Kissinger (hooray), right? However, apart from their brilliant scheme for surmounting the trivial nationality/citizenship problem, admirers of The Walking Grin should be aware that Blair is seldom to be seen in the House of Commons, other than at PMQ, and that his voting record is among the worst of any MP. My recollection is that it's under 10%.

Clearly, he's busy with important affairs of State - preparing for New Hampshire, perhaps.
