The headiness of freedom

Faced with the pictures of looting in Baghdad, my good friend Donald Rumsfeld has offered a sophisticated analysis of the situation. He sees it as nothing much to worry about. It's all to do with 'transition', 'freedom', and 'exuberance'.

Still, it's jolly good practice for rampant capitalism democracy. Greed is good, I think.

(This reminds me that the competition for the proper meaning of 'fof' (© Josh) when applied to Donald Rumsfeld, is still open. It has been suggested recently that 'face of friendship' is a suitable epithet for this delightful man. Close, Myfanwy, but keep trying.).
