Little Murders

In the late 1960s, the cartoonist Jules Feiffer had a play - Little Murders - running in several places on both sides of the Atlantic. Briefly, if I remember rightly, the play dealt with the effects of a random sniper on a New York family. The play received several awards.

Would it not now be entirely appropriate to have Jules Feiffer arrested for having given the idea to the Virginia-Maryland sniper?
