The Times they are a-changing...

The Times of London (proprietor that well known US citizen R. Murdoch) today carries an editorial supporting current Bush-Cheney-Rumsfeld rhetoric on Iraq. No surprise there, then.

More significant, perhaps, is a Peter Brookes cartoon. It has two identical pictures of Cheney briefing Bush, indicating different ponts on a globe of The World. In the first, he is pointing to Baghdad; in the second, he points to Johannesburg.
Pointing at Baghdad: The risk of inaction is far greater than the risk of action...
Pointing at Johannesburg: The risk of action is far greater than the risk of inaction...

The 'bubble' continues, identically:
What we must not do in the face of a mortal threat is to give in to wishful thinking or wilful blindness...

In the face of such treachery, the wily proprietor of Fox News may be in danger of losing his citizenship. Don't worry Rupert, I'm sure that Tony will have you.
